    Harassment by landloard
I had bamboo on my balcony, and I was told that I have to take it down. So I did but none of the other neighbors will do the same. I have gone all the way up to the vice president and still no action has been taken? They keep playing games not returning phone calls, I have caught them in lies, etc... This has been going on for almost 3 months? What are my rights and what should I do?

All your neighbors had bamboo ?

Did you ask for this in writing, what does your lease say about things on your balcony

I had the same thing happen when I installed outdoor carpet on my balcony cause it was concrete. I was told I had to remove it cause carpeting holds water and over time will cause more damage... I removed it and tons of other units still have their outdoor carpeting on the balcony.

Did they give some sort of valid reason why it had to be removed? If so it's up to you... you can keep arguing that no one else had to remove their bamboo items but if there is a good reason why they asked you to remove it just live with it (or without it)
