    Consent to judgement
    Served summons for medical bill lost workmans comp case employer skipped town he had no insurance should I go to court or sign consent to judgement no bank account don't own anything have crappy job please help

    If the bill is yours, you have an obligation to pay it in spite of your employer's being a deadbeat. In this case, it appears that you are "judgment proof" in any case, so I don't know why they're going after you.
