    Are there Maryland forms to vacate default order of divorce
    I live in Texas and my spouse filed a petition for a divorce in Maryland. I filed a written response but I did not answer every question for lack of knowledge. The attorney apparently filed a motion to strike my entire response without serving me with a copy of this motion. The Judge granted the motion. I have been put on notice that I have 30 days to move to vacate this order. Does anyone have any suggestion on how to file this motion? Is there a specific form that I need to file? Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. :eek:

    Due to the time issues, get a Maryland attorney. Why is she filing in Maryland?

    Because the individual live in Maryland. I live in Texas. The children are over 18.

    Since your spouse has an attorney, you better get one too. If a judge is denying your repoinse on technical grounds you need legal advice on how to proceed.

    If you attempt this without an Attorney - again - I see the same result as the original documents. You are going to lose.

    This is complicated. You need legal counsel.
