You just finished your period, the test was negative and it would be way too early to feel movement. Most women feel movement at around 20 weeks gestation. Also, it's way too soon for milk to be coming out of your breasts.

    Have you seen a doctor?

Pregnancy tests taken in the earlier stages of pregnancy can sometimes give a false negative reading. An accurate test giving a positive reading will almost always be correct though.
Even if they are advertised as "a week early" or whatever, they can still always give a false negative reading.

I would recommend taking another test to be sure.

So would I, if she hadn't had a period.

Having a period during your pregnancy is possible, but not the norm.

The fact is that you had a period, you had a negative pregnancy test , you think that you are feeling movement (which would put you at around 20 weeks gestation) and you think you have milk coming out of your breast (which doesn't happen until later in pregnancy or after birth).

It sounds like wishful thinking to me, but in reality, doesn't sound likely.

Then I will say that I'm pretty sure you aren't pregnant, it's simply too early for the symptoms you describe.

If you want then wait until your next period, if it's late then take an hpt using first morning urine. If you absolutely believe that you are pregnant this time, then try another hpt in a week or two.

Really though, movement this early in the game isn't a possibility. It's possibly gas or something you ate.

As for the milk leakage, I'm sure it's something else, but, if you aren't sure, see your doctor.

    Good luck.

I went back and re-read the original post, I originally thought it said "I SHOULD have had my period 3 days ago"

It would have been more probable if that was the case, and therefore you could have been pregnant a little more than a month.
However, if you recently had your period, and a negative test, I would change my initial response. I still think that it would be wise to speak to your doctor, and take another test later just to be sure.

Some women lactate, even without pregnancy. As far as the movements/eating goes, it could be caused by anything from stress to anxiety. I am not anywhere near an expert in this field though, so speaking to your doctor, or any other expert, would be a much better move.
