    My husband and my daughter
    I have a brief question me and my husband have been together for 3 years and in all this I have a daughter that's not his we got together when she was about 3 months and now we are trying to figure what we need to do so he can adopted her,he is the only dad in her life the bi logical father has never been in the picture so if anyone have a clue please help.

    You find a family law lawyer in your area and file for a stepparent adoption. Assuming the bio-father is willing, it's a pretty easy process.

    If you cannot locate the father or he is not willing, it becomes more involved. But this is definitely something you are going to want a lawyer to handle for you.
