    Changing courts
I would like to know how to go about having a case switched from one court to another as I feel there will be bias against me.

You make a motion for a change of venue. You better be prepared to back up your reasoning or you are going to be denied AND irritate the judge.

Do you have an attorney? What does he recommend as far as changing venue for your case? Why do you feel that this is necessary? A lot of times just like Stevecg says you will be denied and make a very unfavorable showing to the Judge for future dealings with that Judge.
