Rare Sweet's Syndrome have to Relocate to Teaching Hospital Area
I have a rare illnedd called Sweet's Syndrome. My 9 specialists where I live in Florida have told me I need an Immunologist MD at a teaching hospital to help me. I need to relocate from Florida Panhandle to near Tulane University Teaching Hospital in New Orleans La. I am disabled and care for a disabled 72 year old mother.

Are there any grants or agencies that can assist me in relocation expense and help finding a place to live. I not only need financial assistance but physical assistance.

    Bless you for reading.
