    38 weeks pregnant
    I am 38 weeks pregnant and dilated to 1 and 80% effaced and at a 0station will I deliver soon? And how can I speed it up

    Some nice long walks may be helpful, won't hurt, especially since baby is already engaged. Even so, you still may have another few weeks before baby decides to make an appearance... or you could go into labour tonight at this stage. Pressure points work for some women, nipples stimulation might... but these might help only if your body is ready to go into labour.

    I know it is hard to wait, but you and baby are far better off waiting for it to happen on its own. If you can, treat yourself to a pregnancy massage... have a relaxing night out with your partner... maybe even a few days away together if possible before the big day gets here. Not much longer... :)
