How far along are you? I've know some that will take on new patients very close to the end. After all, people move to new locations and sometimes the timing is not always something you can control. Keep checking, if you haven't already, ask some of the ones you have already contacted for referrals, check out any midwives in your area. Call any pregnancy centers in your area for referrals, or the local health department... you can also contact a local Healthy Start program for suggestions.
If worse came to worse and you just couldn't for find anyone for some reason, you would still receive care when you arrived at the hospital and they would just use an attending OB or midwife.
