    Water getting in the gas tank of 1991 190e Mercedes
    When it rain or washing car water inter the tank through gas tank refill cap asses drain. How do I dissipate water and how do I stop water from getting into tank?

    I hope that you are using an original equipment gas cap.

    You may need to inspect underneath for possible damage or deterioration to the fill tube leading from the fill neck all the way to the tank.
