    Do you know if there is a dentist in New Jersey that will do an extreme dental makeover out of the kindness of there heart?

    For cosmetic work (veneers, crowns, bleaching trays, etc) there is a fee the lab charges the dentist to make the porcelain crowns/veneers. Even if a dentist works for free the bill would still be in the thousands

    I agree with Amir, you just may have to call around. If the dentist has an on-site lab, where he owns that as well, it's possible but most dentists aren't giving away that kind of dental work for free. It's very time consuming, often requiring several visits; more so than what you see in a few minutes on TV.

    It's unlikely but if you call around, you may get lucky.

    Some dentists offer payment plans so that may be an option worth looking into.
