    Eviction Judgement
    I had to evict a tenant. I got a court judgement for over $5,000. Now I need to collect. She disappeared but I found on the court database that another person has garnished her bank account locally in the last 2 weeks. So obviously someone has a lead.

    My question is how can I do the same thing without the use of an attorney? Which forms, where do I file them, etc. I have no problem doing the leg work.

    You find them first, find out what bank account they have. Or where they work,

    Then you file for a garnishment in the court that issued the judgement.

    Of course the other place will get thiers first, so how large is it, if it will take 3 years for them to get paid, you can't even start collecting until the other one is paid first
