    It is 18 in the state of DE I don't know where you live

    In Texas until 18. I think most states until 18 or the child graduates... Which every comes first. What state are you in?

    It depends on the state and your support order. Its generally between 18-21, though it could be earlier if the child becomes emancipated or later if the child stays in school.
