    Could I be pregnant?
    Hello I am 18 years old and I am a mum to a 5 month old baby... I have recently been on the pill but I only took it for about 5 days as I forgot to take it so I gave up... I stopped taking it on the 23rd of feb or somewhere around that date.. I had a normal period on the 25th of feb ( heavy and lasted a week ) but on the 8th of march I had a very light perioud that lasted 2 days.. I'm confuzed with them as I don't know if I should still have had a normal period on the 25th of march.. I didn't come on and I am having a few symptoms and wonderd if I was pregnant. The symptoms I am having are bloadted tummy everyday.. tummyache.. feeling sick.. going for a wee more then usual. Can anybody help?

    It could be due to pregnancy, but it could also be the week of birth control pills has caused your cycles to be off.
    You could try a pregnancy test... if negative, see what happens when your period would be due next month. You could either start back on the birth control pills or, if following the daily schedule isn't working for you, check with your gp about another option.

    Are you having other symptoms usch as vomiting? That could be your body reacting to you not taking the pill. Like the first person says take a pregnancy test.
