    Quitclaim deed
    I have actually two questions.
I recently purchase a property in Florida with 3 individuals included on the Warranty Deed with Joint Tenants with Right of Survivorship.

    1. Can we do a Quitclaim Deed to change the JTWROS to Tenants in Common?
    2. Can we do a Quitclaim Deed to add or delete a current owner along with changing the type of ownership i.e. from JTWROS to Tenants in common?
