    System Restore
I have WIN XP, Service Pack 2. When I go to System Restore, there are no earlier restore points to go to. I have always had earlier points to choose from. Is there something wrong with the program?
    Thanks.

System restore may be turned off hence no restore points. To check - right click my computer - then hit the system restore tab and ensure that the check box is not ticked. If all is working well under this should read your drives and say 'monitoring' you will also need enough space to store the restore information this can be changed be hitting the setting button
