    YOU HAVE TO INSURE THAT THERE IS POWER GOING TO THE MOTOR
    " " " " " the capacitor is good and working
    If these 2 items are checked and all is OK,, well,it should be working, if not time to replace it

    #1. Don't forget about the amp draw. Prolonged overamping will kill an electric motor

    #2. Do your own homework.
