    Painful Itchy discomfort
For awhile now I have had problems with being very itchy "down there" it seems like its getting worse and recently a bump showed up and it was growing and has now started to kind of peel off and bleed a little. I am always pretty itchy and there's a lot of white discharge but still only the one kind of big bump. I can't take it anymore but I am attending college in a new place and have no doctor and barely enough money to pay bills so its hard for me to go to the doctor. Any advice?

Go to an emergency room. They have to treat you weather or not you have ins.

I agree with the last poster. Are there any walk-in clinics in your area?

Here are some sites that may help you to find out what it could be:

But what do you think it could be?

I know you can't diagnose... I was just hoping for some ideas/possibilities. Can yeast infection cause just one big bump? I was on antibiotics awhile back for a UTI and when I think about it I don't ever remember any of these symptoms occurring before the antibiotics.. But I also found out my boyfriend was cheating on me :(... I'm terrified.

Could be both... If I were you I would dump the cheater and get tested for everything and pray real hard. Hopefuly the bump has nothing to do with the discharge. But you will never know until you see a doc.
