Moving
I have been living in a friends house (watching over it since NOV 2005) after she moved permatnately back to FL. I have been paying the bills (phone, electric, water) since she left. I had been talking to her about buying the house right after she left and she told me that she would let me know. Months roll by, and now she just tells me to move out by OCT 1st. I just lost my job, have no money to rent a storage unit or place to live, nor do I have anyone that I can stay with. I've kept up the place, even done some repairs, but she dose'nt seem to care about that. I don't know what to do, do I have any legal recourse?

You can not move out and make her go though an entire eviction procedure, formal notice, court hearing and the such.
Or you can ask her to let you keep your stuff stored in the shed, in the garage, in the basement ( depends on the house)
Or you need to talk to her more, it appears you were friends before this,

The only possible recourse you might have is under squatters laws, but that's a longshot. She owns the house and, for whatever reason, doesn't want you in it any longer. You have no lease, no rights to the property.
You options are to make her evict you (which will go on your record and could inhibit your getting other rentals), to try and talk her into letting you stay or to move.
You could bill her for any repairs you made. That would be within your rightss.

You need to move. You are not a tenant, don't have a written lease and have been "house sitting" ONLY in every sense of the term. Just paying the utilities does not get you into the category of a tenant or the rights of a tenant.
You should have been SAVING your MONEY during the 10 months you lived RENT FREE so that you could BUY THE HOUSE as you indicate.
Get a job and get out.
