    If I had a missed period for 2 months and a negative pregnancy test, can I still be pregnant?

    Yes you could be.

    Did you have a blood test to confirm pregnancy or not. Blood tests are most accurate.

    If negative then your not pregnant for sure. There are many other things that can cause you to miss your period or periods.
