    No period in winter
For the past year I have been getting my menstrual period during spring, summer, & fall. Not winter. I have had a full checkup & nothing is wrong. I am 30 & have had 3 children. No problems with any of that. I do not diet-never had to- or have an eating disorder nor do I exercise too much. I do yoga 3-4 times a week. I have seen 3 female dr.s & they are not concerned about it. Any ideas?

How many cycles have you missed? Was there any PMS still? Any spotting or light bleeding? Might have just been a fluke as periods can be skipped every now and then. Could be something hormonal associated with the shorter daylight hours, gloomier weather perhaps... depending on where you live. Might even be a bit of perimenopause starting.

If your doctors were not concerned, try not to worry. I suppose you will have to wait and see what happens over the rest of this year. Certainly if you continue to have off cycles, they will want to check things out a bit more.
