    Can you leave the U.S. while on probation/ drug court
    Can 1 leave the country while on probation for a misdemeanor? I don't care about re-entering the U.S. just need to know if they can get past the border or through customs at the airport

    With permission of your PO. Also you will have to get a visa to enter the other country, depending on the rules of that nation

    Hello t:

    Even without permission from your PO, you can probably leave. Customs happens when you GET there, not when you leave.

    Now, without a passport, he might have some problems getting on airplanes.

    Chances are not too good for them getting on any kind of airplane successfully.
