    Please stop taking shots at people out of revenge and deliberately misreading posts. You obviously didn't read the threat - or don't understand it. I'm sure someone would be happy to explain the parts you don't understand.

    Yes, it's a "which came first, the chicken or the egg" thing. Not that I have any experience in this type of thing, of course.
