    What doesage of L-Glutathion and Vitamin C can lighten the skin
    Hi there I live in london and want to lighten my skin. I am about to buy L-Glutathione, I was wondering how many milligrams of L-Glutathione and Vitamin C I would have to take a day to get my skin lighten. CAN ANYBODY HELP.:

    sugga, according to my research, its based on your body weight and skin tone.

    I'm 130 lbs and I'm taking 3 capsules of beauoxi white glutathione 500mg each ( different time ) and 1000mg vitamin c per capsule of gluta. According to skinwhiteningexperts.com I can take more than 3 sets a day for faster results but I guess 3 is enough for me.

    I'm only using it for 4 months , my pimples are gone and I'm lighter already my friends noticed it already but I still want to be more lighter. Maybe ill use it for 6 more months.
