    Vitamin D in Milk?
How many IUs of Vitamin D are there per cup of whole milk? And does the amount change if the milk is less than whole milk, say 2% or skim?

Secondly, how much calcium in milligrams is there per cup of whole milk? And does that change as the milk changes from whole to 2% to 1% to skim?

The milk that I drink says that one cup (250ml) has 45% of the required daily intake of vitamin D. You can also get enough vitamin D by making sure to get some sun in the summer, about 15 to 20 minutes a day is all it takes.
