    First month rent/security
    Hi,
    I am involved in a holdover procedure with the management company that owns the complex I live in. I live in a free-market apt. and they refused to renew the lease. I have to move by June 16. The problem is I found an apartment but I don't have enough for first month, security and broker's fee. Where can I go to get help? I work so I'm not entitled tohelp from public assisatnce.

    Have you considered a second job just to get the money together ?

    Hello Cheryl:

    Maybe your church will help. Try a payday loan store, or collect cans. A second job wouldn't hurt either, like tick said.
