What are possible criminal consequences (California)
I wanted to rephrase my original question from earlier... Does anyone know what are the possible criminal charges or most likely scenario for using a credit card after the primary has deceased? I am particularly concerned with the possible scenario the credit card company will pursue. I understand there are always extremely criminal consequence I would think it would be advantages for both authorized user and credit card company.

I think its called 'credit card fraud'. There are no advantages for anyone committing a fraudulant activity.

    Criminal charges would be 'fraud'.
