    Sounds to me like you already know what you have to do you just have to get up out of the computer chair and do it.
    Exercise is movement: so move.

    You don't. 20lb in a month is way too much to lose without damaging your health. It's normal to lose 3-4lb the first week of a diet, then about 2lb a week after that.

    You have to exercise. Not for weight loss, but to be healthy. If you don't exercise, you will lose muscle mass and bone density and increase your risk of a lot of unpleasant conditions.

    Exercise doesn't have to be horrible. Brisk walking is good, so is dancing or playing with children.
