    Most effective way to get a six pack outline
    What is the best way to get a six pack? Just focus on upper 1/2 of body or also run and such? I've tried to Google ways but theirs to many fake videos and all that junk that promise six packs in a week and such, and I just want a good honest answer. Im pretty much in shape, so where to go from here?
