    Buying a house
    I just put an offer in on a house , on some conditions I signed the papers to put in the offer but I put no money down how long do I have to back out of this deal if I'm not interested.

    If the offer has been accepted and signed, usually until the end of the inspection period. If the offer has not been accepted yet, you can withdraw the offer at any time until it is fully signed.

    But if you don't want the house, you shouldn't have offered on it. By accepting your offer, they must then reject others, so you are potentially affecting their ability to sell their house.

    Well the house I put the offer in for and put no mone down I found out from the township that the street had to change to town water but this house that I am interested in did'nt comply with that so they pay an entra 50.00 for not complying with the township so that would mean I have to put an extra 8000 on to the price I offered that's why I want to back out

    Perfectly reasonable. My suggestion would be to call your real estate agent and speak to him about it. He'll be able to tell you the exact timeframe you are in. Your mortgage agent should also be able to.
