    Giving up rights
    How do I go about giving up the rights to my children who live with their mother and I don't get to see them?

    You don't.

    Edited to add: you cannot just give up your rights. You do not have to use them, but you are still obligated to provide support. If you want to see your kids, go to court and have visitation ordered.
