Ctv at work stealing coupons
Hi my name is jess,
I got caught stealing 9 coupons from work on ctv, (a coupon is when u return something u get a coupon and u buy something and u get money back for it). I did it every day and every day I took a coupon amount of $150 for 9 days and the amount was $1550.

I don't know what is going to happen to you but you need a lawyer. This is not something you should attempt to deal with without good legal counsel.

Hello reta
First time offense or not : stealing is stealing ! And the amount involved is high.
Bad payment is no argument to gloze-over stealing from your boss.
Even if you're lucky to get off light, you will have a criminal record, and getting a normal job will be difficult.
Was that worth the $1550 ? How about the immoral aspects of stealing ?
Do you have proper legal representation (lawyer) ?

First thing to do is get an attorney. Since this was a calculated series of thefts for a very bad reason, you may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. You need an attorney to help you through this.
By the way, you agreed to take the job for the salary offered. If you think you were being underpaid, find a new job. That doesn't justifiy stealing.

Why are you using two IDs? I've merged these two threads since you are clearly the same person.

You did mean to do it as you did it over an extended period with forethought.
That is not a reasonable legal argument.Get a lawyer!

As Art and I said, doing it 9 times over a period negates the "I didn't mean to do it" argument.
Since it's a first offense, there is a good likelihood, if you get an attorney, to avoid jail time.
And again I ask, why the two different IDs?
