    How to be free from being inscure
    I have a friend who is so insecure and I was wondering how can I help him to break through that if you have any suggestion please let me know thanks!!

    Get busy! Do something that your passionate about: whether it's painting, being around animals [you can go to your local shelter and volunteer to walk dogs], etc.

    Best thing is, get off your butt- trust me I know =)
