    Wage rates and salary schedules are the job of Human Resources.

    We write up a plan for salary paramenters and those codes and job descriptions which fit within each parameter. In keeping with the EEOC rules and regulations.

    The Department of Labor occupational handbook is often used along with other salary survey sources.

    We must weight the aspects of the job being done in terms of complexity, responsibility, and other aspects to weight against the scale to find the right fit within the given sections of the scale.
