    Fitness Plan?
    Hey

    Here's my problem. I'm 15 and 140 pounds, that's 10 stone. Anyway I'm an average healthy weight, with some body fat. I would really like to loose a little weight and tone up a little, how can I do this?

    Exercise. Play a sport, jog, work out at the gym... really anything that requires movement will help you feel better and look better.
