    Obtain an Immigration Permit
    Hi,

    First of all thank you for helping me out with this. Well me and my husband have been together for almost 5 years but have been married for 2 yrs. His on the process of getting his residence well actually is on hold we are waiting to see if Obama approves the law of him waiting for his pardon here on the U.S instead of Mexico... It's been like almost 4 years that he doesn't get to see his family and now he mother is real ill and he wants to go see her,his family lives here in the U.S(McAllen,Tx) but in order for him to go he needs to pass an immigration checkpoint. So My question is... Is there anyway that he can get a permit to go see his mother?

    So is he in the US or I'm Mexico right now?

    What exactly is he waiting on a pardon for?
