    Can I cancel insurance
I am in the process of an insurance settlement. Can I cancel before the settlement or do I have to wait until after the claim is over?

Check with your particular company. Most will still let you cancel because the claim was already in progress and as long as you were insured at the time of the incident, then you should have no problem.
