    Could my parents apply for my creen card?
    Hi..
    I am in United stats since dec 20007. And I am On F1 status. My parents came here in Dec 2008 as they got their green card . As my aunty file for my family .but I am more then 21 so My name was not there in DSL. But in January I came to know from someone that by the new rule of immigration if family is getting separate as my parents came here and I could not live here than they can file for my green card.

    So My question is .Is there anyway that my father can apply green card for me?

    If your parents become LPR, they can petition you but it will take years as you are over 21. If you want to wait in US, you must have legal status such as student visa, etc. and you must maintain your status until you become LPR.
