Lately I have been hearing strange noises. It only occurs when I am somewhere that is really loud. A couple of days ago I was at work and it was just me and another coworker. And we were doing our work in the breakroom. We had the TV on really loud because the vending and soda machine were loud. And the whole time we were there I kept hearing really faint voices. It kind of sounded like chanting. And I kept hear faint footsteps. The same thing happens if I have headphones in listening to music.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is it just me, maybe I have a hearing condition or something?

Sometimes tv's can pick up a frequency from phones, CB radios, etc. Guitar players will tell you that sometimes they get interference on their amplifiers- mostly CB radios and phones. Sort of the same deal where an airplane can open up automatic garage doors.
Try keeping a journal of when and where these noises happen and see if you can find a pattern in the occurrences.

Interference most likely, my guitar amp will pick up a cell phone call if it is close enough to the strings of the guitar
