    Letter of lease termination
    I rent a store front in ny state without a lease-month to month
    If the land lord want me to leave how much time I will have before it happens?
    What the landlord has to do?

    Was there ever a lease? If so, the terms of that lease govern. Commercial leases are somewhat different. But generally, at least a 30 day notice would be required.

    It will normally fall back as Scott mentioned to the prior terms of the lease if you ever had one. While it will vary from locatoin to location, normaly it will be a 30 to 60 day notice.
