    What is the safest lightening method. Is it the pills, injection or creams?

    The safest action is to be proud of your natural skin color.
    Everything else can be harmful to you.
    That tan was put there by nature for a reason.

    Whatever you decide to do : never use bleaching or mercury containing creams.
