My father passed away recently without a will, and as anyone expected- bad things will follow. I live out of state but some of my belonging at my dad's house. Because one of the family member is mad at me, he destroyed all of my belonging; and other family members were aware of this.
Is there anything I can do?

Ok, the estate is going into probate, who is going to be over the will.

But you can
1. report it to the police that your property has been destroyed
2. sue them in court for the value of the property.
