Janitrol 7 wire to HW programmable t-stat wiring

I have a Janitrol heat pump system with emergancy heat. It has 7 wires and I am going to a Honeywell RTH 6400D programmable unit which has only 5 wire lugs. I believe I know how to do the conversion but need confirmation. Can you tell me how this should be wired? Thanks much
