Just got your emails Starby - can't respond because I can't get to that email at work (it is sent to my Blackberry)

All I can say is Wow. My jaw actually dropped at the message you received this morning. Wow. Un-freakin-real.

    Delete them from Facebook. Wow.

    Hear Ye Hear Ye!!

I, the Sheriff of this town called the 'Lounge' in good standing as a reputable citizen of said town is formally announcing that he is officially choosing Batman to run as our illustrious Mayor.

    HIS HONOR, BATMAN!
    Sounds great!

Batman will make a great mayor of Lounge, he is honest, young, clear minded, brilliant, faithful, caring, doesn't like ducks (oops, was I supposed to announce that?). He is smart, knows when he has to be tough, supports the sheriff and law and order.

He is a 'straight shooter' who isn't afraid to drop the hammer. But of course, ONLY when it is necessary!

So I submit Batman's for Mayor based on his record !

Adam, do you have everything you need for the puppy? Food, a kennel, collar, leash, money for shots, identification, toys, a doggy bed?

I know you want a puppy right now, but it's not something you purchase on impulse.

Hey, pet expert here so listen to me. K?

Yes Adam, listen to the Pet Expert or we'll throw you into solitary, and only feed you bread and water!

Have you done any research on the cost, training, and caring for a puppy, and as it grows? Things can and do go wrong, and they many times require emergency vet visits along with the normal visits for booster shots, deworming, bloodwork... etc. Last yr. Niki cost me over 2 grand last year, are you prepared for that? I just want you to make sure you are.

Also, when picking out your puppy, don't just get him because he's cute. Take into account the breed and it's level of energy. Do you have a big backyard for him? If you do find a retriever, you have to know that they require a ton of exercise, and you should be able to take it to a lake or somewhere, because they are water dogs. Do you have enough time in your schedule to run him everday and take him to the dog park?

All I'm saying, is that there are a ton of things to consider before bringing home a puppy. I'm certainly not trying to discourage you from getting one. I couldn't live without my Nikster, and I'm sure you find a cutie too. Just be prepared.

They can get expensive, can't they Starby?

I had a bad incident today. My bunny's are all in cages (the get daily bunny biky time out of their cages) and the cages are on top of tables. The tables are big enough to hold the cage and there's plenty of room in the front and sides.

Today I came downstairs to find Kilala's cage on the ground, her in a corner looking very distressed. The cage is only around 1 foot of the ground, so not a huge fall, but still. She must have been jumping around like a crazy bunny and the cage moved and fell. I feel so bad.

Poor Kilala, extra carrots for her tonight. ;)

Anyone remember this movie? All I can remember was that it was late 80's, early 90's, kind of Pulp Fiction-y Quentin Tarantino style movie. The only scene I remember was the main character who was a female (I think it might have even been Drew Barrymore?) driving some car smoking those Death...

Hose bib question "prier" brand [ 5 Answers ]

I've got a leaky hose bib that says PRIER on the body of the bib. I'm guessing PRIER is the name of the company that made it. It is a frost proof bib and it leaks only when it is turned on. It leaks around where the stem (part with the handle on it) screws into the bib body (part that is...
