    How do I know if I still own part of a house
    How do I go about finding that out?it's in ill,I don't know the lot number or anything just the address,want to know if my name was still on it,he got remarried does that matter?could he take my name off somehow?

    Go to the county and look it up. If you owned it at one time, and you didn't sell it, then you still own it.
