    Mower blades
    My lawn mower blade won't disengage... is it a cable that might have come loose and how do I fix it? I am a female and I don't know much about mowers.. it's a craftsman

    Hi,
    There is a 9 digit model number, usually under the seat, that probably begins with 917 that will assist in answering.
    Probably a belt not fullyrouted correctly or broken, or a locked spindle(time of year for that) but the question is too general to be more helpful.
