    1040 or 1040NR?
    I came US in August 2005 with F1 Visa. From January 2008 to October 2008 I worked with the OPT. After October 1st I got the H1. I am single

    Which form should I use? Am I a non-resident align or a dual status align?

    I appreciate your help.

    Nonresident return with Form 8843.
