Hi, is it cramps you are getting or pain that is going towards your back?
Cramps can be a sign of miscarriages and look out for brown viginal discharge or blood.. If pain is continious I think you should just go in hospital or ring labour ward to be on safe side, I miscarried without pain or any other symptoms. I hope all is well and I hope this helped.

Its neither cramping or pain in the back, just like stabbing pains low in my abdomen.
No bleeding but quite a bitof thick cloudy discharge.
I'm just worried I will lose the baby. Any idea around what week your are less likely to miscarry.

    Thanks

People can not diagnose you over the internet, you need to speak to a professional. If you do not have a doctor, call a local emergency room and ask to speak to the gynecologist on call.

It could be nothing and it could be something,it is not worth the risk to wait, call ASAP.

Do you feel them constantly or mostly when you move about, like getting up from a sitting position? Sometimes it is merely the ligaments that support the uterus stretching, but as was said, if they cause you concern have it checked out by your doctor or midwife.
The majority of miscarraiges will occur in the first trimester... odds of it happening lessen after 12 weeks.
