    My child's best interest
My daughter was born almost 3 years ago her father was not a part of my life for the last 5 months of the pregnancy and 18 months after she was born. After that I agreed for him to be a part of our life for about 2 months and because I decided not to pursue a relationship with him he no longer wanted anything to do with our daughter. Since he has only seen her for a couple months then again decided that he didn't want to see her. Its been over 3 months since he has even called and because of his messed up life style and his horrible parenting skills it is in my daughters best interest not to ever have to be involved with him how can I have his parental rights terminated?

    You cant.

Just because you don't want him to have rights doesn't mean that you can change the fact that he is, in fact, your child's father.
