    Need movie title, briefly read the back along time ago
    Its about a boy who gets bullied, and somehow he get ahold of some kind of gun and he has all this power, and ends up going on a power trip. Its got to be 80s maybe early 90s, I think the title was something like ulitmate weapon or something like that need help!
